1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reality Try virtual try-on service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reality Try provides an AI-powered virtual try-on solution that allows users to visualize clothing items on themselves or their customers. The Service is available through our website, Shopify app integration, and WordPress plugin.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Subscription & Credits

Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) with varying credit allotments. Details are available on our Pricing page.

Credits

• Each virtual try-on generation consumes credits.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy below.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or NSFW content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI models.
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs without authorization.
• Overload or disrupt the Service through automated requests beyond your plan limits.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All technology, models, software, branding, and content are owned by Reality Try or its licensors.

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process those images solely for providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Reality Try shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are prorated based on unused credits during the billing period. Contact us to initiate a refund.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
