4. Image Processing & Storage

We take image privacy very seriously:

Processing Purpose: Uploaded photos are processed to generate virtual try-on outputs requested by end users.
No Model Training Without Consent: Customer photos are not used for model training unless explicit consent is provided.
Secure Transfer: All image data is encrypted during transit using TLS 1.3.
Controlled Storage: Generated try-on outputs and related records are retained only for operational, support, and merchant reporting purposes under the retention rules below.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

AI Processing Partners: Images are sent to our AI infrastructure for processing
Cloud Storage: Temporary result storage via secure cloud providers
Analytics: Aggregated and store-scoped analytics needed for reporting
Shopify Integrations: Store event and order attribution signals required to provide merchant analytics and ROI measurement

6. Data Retention

We apply retention periods so that personal data is not kept longer than required for our stated purposes:

Uploaded customer photos: retained only as needed for processing and support workflows, then deleted or de-identified according to operational schedules.
Generated try-on outputs: retained for product functionality (such as history/gallery), quality assurance, and merchant support for a limited period.
Analytics and attribution events: retained for merchant reporting, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
Merchant-initiated deletion: merchants can request deletion/redaction in accordance with Shopify privacy webhooks and applicable law.
